2. Service Scope & Disclaimers
Taphyp functions exclusively as a high-conversion traffic redirection utility and verification layer routing visitors to authorized third-party partner programs. We do not manufacture, sell, support, or certify any products or offerings promoted on external destination pages.
Disclaimer: All transactions, negotiations, and contracts entered on destination partner environments are executed solely between you and the respective third-party provider.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to bypass our redirection routes, execute SQL injection attacks, perform distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) operations, brute force admin login credentials, or spoof browser parameters.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Taphyp, its developers, or its stakeholders be held liable for any damages, losses, or data corruption resulting from the use of, or inability to interact with, the platform or destination URLs.
